IT Networking Team Lead
Mission
- Manage, maintain, and monitor PSA networking.
- Support the networking projects in technical matters and coordinate both customers and internal partners.
- Work with local IT team and service management consulting team in the resolution of incidents/problems.
- Document and guarantee network changes will be compliant with cybersecurity, IT and OT standards.
- Work in line and collaboratively with IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering and Automation team groups.
- Work in combination with Application Management team to avoid business disruption in critical systems.
- Work in process improvement as part of transformational roadmap considering RPA in monitoring and problem-solving anticipation.
Main responsibilities
- Support the design, implement and/or migrate, and support projects with focus on Networking, Automation & OT Security solutions.
- Actively develop automation engineering solutions, identifying where automation should be used, and working with operations teams to implement solutions.
- Work closely and collaborate with the other PSA teams and third parties / vendors to provide an excellent overall IT Service.
- Proactively seek out opportunities for continuous networking improvement based on terminal expansion and transformational technologies and propose improvement activities.
- Implement new networking designs and changes based on PSA IT, Cybersecurity and OT standards.
- Work closely to Automation team on new equipment acquisition and networking integration to existing networking setup.
- Manage local, regional and global stakeholders to stablish best practices and standards across other terminals.
Desired Profile
- Solid background in Network Administration.
- In-depth experience in Cisco network supervision tools and component.
- Knowledge and experience in Routing, Switching, TShot, VPN, FW.
- Firewall configuration (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Knowledge of networks, technologies, and security protocols
- Solid knowledge in Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Knowledge in Dynatrace, monitoring and other troubleshooting scanning tool.
- Welcome knowledge in usage of RPA on proactive networking monitoring.
- Good problem-solving, analysis capability and investigation mindset.
- Ability on managing third party suppliers (managed services).
- Strategic thinking and capability of operationalizing daily basis tasks and hands-on approach.
