Accounting Technician

Ultimate objective of the function (mission)

Reliable and flexible team player, critical thinking and research skills are plus, accuracy, strong sense of ethics, integrity, values, essential for maintaining the financial wellness and integrity of organization. Ensure all tasks related with Accounts Payable (AP) and Billing.

Main Responsibilities

• Billing services on time;
• Posting Supplier Invoices (Accounts Payable)
• Accounting and Billing Polices & Procedures (Develop, implement, review)
• Support Accounting Monthly / Yearly Close, with internal controls stablished (within Workplan, Kpis);
• Support other related tasks when needed;
• Process change, reduce manual work, data driven.

Desired Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Economics/ Finance/ business administration
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles;
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in an expanding company;
• Able to work with a minimum of supervision while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations;
• Good time management;
• Accuracy; 
• Microsoft Office (Strong Excel skills); 
• Good knowledge Portuguese / English.
